We want you to be delighted with your NETVTEK purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things might not meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product, you have a 30-day window from the date of receiving the item.
How to Initiate a Return:
Reach out to us, and we’ll issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not send the product back until you have received this number.

After Approval:
Return for Refund:
You can return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Please use the original packaging and include all accessories. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned products.
Return for Exchange:
If you need a replacement, contact us promptly. In case of a faulty part, we may send a free accessory to resolve the issue. For exchanges, we’ll use your original delivery method once we receive the product. You’ll be responsible for the postage costs. Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of product receipt.
Warranty Returns:
Within the 3-year warranty period, if your product develops a defect, contact us. We’ll provide a solution without requiring you to return the product. If the defect cannot be resolved, we’ll initiate a “return for exchange.”
